Volunteer Shift Description
2 HOUR VOLUNTEER CREDIT. Monitor all trash recepticals making sure they are able to accommodate trash. Pick up any disgarded trash that did not make it into a trash can. Help bring CroomFest to life! From setting up key areas to packing things down at the end, you’ll be part of the team that makes it all happen behind the scenes. 👉 Best for you if: you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and enjoy being part of the build.

THANK YOU FOR VOLUNTEERING AT CROOMFEST! We couldn't make this event happen without amazing people like you. Please review the following before reserving your shift. COMMITMENT By booking a volunteer shift, you are committing to arrive on time and complete your assigned responsibilities for the full duration of your shift. CHECK-IN Volunteers should check in 15–30 minutes before their scheduled shift begins to receive instructions and supplies. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS If you can no longer volunteer, please cancel your reservation or notify us as soon as possible so another volunteer can take your place. ATTENDANCE If you fail to show up without notifying us, we may limit your ability to volunteer at future CroomFest events. VOLUNTEER PERKS Volunteers who complete 6 or more hours of service will receive: - Complimentary admission to enjoy CroomFest activities during their off-shift hours. - Volunteer recognition and appreciation from our team. - Any additional volunteer benefits announced for the event. SAFETY Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and be prepared to work outdoors. Volunteers must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff. RIGHT TO REASSIGN Volunteer assignments may be adjusted based on event needs. We appreciate your flexibility in helping wherever you're needed most. WEATHER CroomFest is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise announced. Volunteers will be notified if weather conditions require schedule changes.
