This registration is exclusively for volunteers.

If you are attending CroomFest as a participant only and do not plan to volunteer, please use the REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE Page instead.

Fill out the volunteer registration form.

Once submitted, you'll be redirected to the Volunteer Shop Page, where you can choose the volunteer roles / time slots that best fit your schedule, and as a thank you gift, you can also select the activities you wish to participate in!

All participants must complete and sign the required waivers before the event. If you're bringing children or pets, the applicable waivers must also be completed. Signed waivers must be emailed prior to the event.

Participants without completed waivers will not be permitted to participate. Find required waivers below:

SUBMIT DOG WAIVER (MANDATORY only if you bring your dog)

SUBMIT MINOR WAIVER (MANDATORY only if you bring children).

Volunteer Commitment

To receive complimentary access to CroomFest activities, volunteers must complete at least 6 hours of volunteer service during the festival.

Enjoy the Festival

Once you've committed to 6 or more volunteer hours, you're welcome to register for as many complimentary CroomFest activities as you'd like, provided:

Your selected activities do not conflict with your volunteer shifts.
Your volunteer responsibilities always take priority.
Activities are attended before or after your shifts, or during your free time.
