Several times a year, Swampers venture to famous ride meccas to experience some of the finest trails. Listed below are three that are on our calendar.
Brevard, NC - Aug 5-11 2023
Swamp’s next trip will be to Brevard NC, to ride DuPont, Pisgah, Bent Creek and the Kanuga Mountain Bike Park. You can choose arrival and departure dates that work for you, but the club trip is scheduled for Aug 5-11, a Sat-Fri. stay. If this doesn’t work for you, there are members planning weekly visits starting the last week of July and running thru the last week of August. Swamp can provide suggestions for trails, restaurants, micro-breweries and lodging.

Blue Ridge, GA - Oct 21-27 2023
Our fall adventure will be to a well known destination in north Georgia, for five days of riding the best intermediate level trails in the Blue Ridge and Ellijay area. This can be the perfect ‘first trip’ for mountain riding. Most rides last a couple hours, and all include moderate to challenging climbs.

Bentonville, AR - June 2024
The community of Bentonville is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before, with an incredible trail network, the amazing arts and culture scene, and the focus on local, high quality food. Industry insiders and mountain bikers have used words such as "Mecca, Disneyland, Perfect, and Gold" in describing the mountain bike trails in Bentonville. The local Chamber of Commerce have gone so far as to call this the Mountain Biking Capital of the World. Could this be true? Join us to discover all that Bentonville has to offer.
